Pakka — packing lists for every trip
Email us — we answer every messageYou pick a trip type, add the people coming along, and set the dates. Pakka then builds a list sized to exactly that group — adults, children and babies each get their own items, and quantities scale with how long you are away.
So the list is right. A toddler needs different things than a teenager, and some trip types — Umrah and Hajj in particular — have items that differ between men and women. What you enter stays on your device and in your own private iCloud — we never see it.
Yes. Anything you add is saved with the trip, and you can tick items off as you pack.
Reminders need notification permission. Open iOS Settings → Notifications → Pakka and make sure they are allowed. Reminders are scheduled on your device only — nothing is sent to a server.
The general trip list is free to use, in full, so you can see how the app works before paying. Unlocking everything else is a single one-time purchase — no subscription.
This normally happens after reinstalling or switching to a new phone. Open the app’s settings and tap Restore purchases, signed in with the same Apple Account you bought it with. If it still does not unlock, email us and we will sort it out.
Purchases go through Apple, so refunds do too. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple Account.
On your device — and, if you are signed in to iCloud, in your own private iCloud database so they survive a new phone. Pakka has no account and no servers of its own, and we cannot read your iCloud data. See our privacy policy.
Sign in to iCloud with the same Apple Account on both phones, and make sure iCloud Drive is on in iOS Settings. Syncing happens in the background and can take a few minutes.
Yes — completely. Everything works offline, which is the point: you can use it in a summer house with no signal, on a plane, or in a crowd in Makkah.
Write to support@getpakka.app. Tell us what happened and which iPhone you use — it helps us answer faster. We read everything.
